Wayne has extensive industry experience as a former Merrill Lynch investment banker and Vice President of AT&T.

Wayne is a Corporate Director of Innovative American Technologies, an Advisory Board member of several high-tech firms, an Adjunct Professor at New Jersey Institute of Technology, School of Management  and a councellor-at-law licensed in NJ, PA & DC.

He is a graduate of Rutgers and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
